General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 2gt99 platform and all of its related services. By registering an account on 2gt99 or using the platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2.1 Age Verification

2gt99 reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID card, passport, or driving license for age verification. Your account may be restricted until verification is complete.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being confiscated, and any deposited funds and bonuses may be cancelled.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information will result in the immediate closure of the account and any funds may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds on 2gt99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300.

• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Currency

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount (deposit + bonus).
• Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirement is met.
• The requirement must be fulfilled within a set period from the date the bonus is claimed.
• Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before they can be transferred to the cash balance.
• Running multiple bonuses simultaneously is generally not permitted unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• 2gt99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Low edge gaming using a bonus balance may be restricted.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the 2gt99 platform are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNG), which ensure that every outcome is completely random and fair.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault or server issue, 2gt99 will attempt to void the bet for that round and return the funds to the user's account.

• 2gt99 will not be responsible for bets lost due to network disconnection.
• If there is a discrepancy between displayed information and server records, the server records shall be final.
• Unusually large wins resulting from a software error may be voided.

6.3 Game Providers

Prohibited Activities

• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
